We take you through 4 easy steps:
- Enter personal information about you, your spouse, and your marriage
- Tell us about your children (if any) and your custody arrangement
- Provide monetary values for your major assets and debts and choose who retains them
- We'll help you make decisions around child and spousal support payments if needed
As you work through the steps, you'll see an interactive spreadsheet that updates in real-time. When you're done, we calculate your equalization payments and generate your official divorce documents.
A lawyer reviews your documents
Once you submit your application, one of our lawyers reviews it to ensure it will be filed. They send one round of feedback, flagging anything that might be problematic.
When their feedback has been submitted, you'll receive a notification via email. When you log back into your account, you'll be able to make any necessary changes and submit your final application.
We send a Commissioner to sign your papers and file them in court
Before a divorce can be filed with the court, you must swear an Affidavit with a Commissioner for Oaths. Our system lets you choose a time and place that works best to meet.
Our Commissioner comes to you, makes sure you sign off on everything correctly, then files it in court.
